Jonas demonstrated clear expertise in navigating the corporate structuring requirements, particularly the nuances relevant to a German partnership. His advice on the shareholder agreement was thorough and precise. However, my experience was mixed. While the legal work itself was solid, I often experienced significant delays in receiving email responses, sometimes waiting several business days for clarifications on straightforward administrative points. This created some unnecessary anxiety during time-sensitive phases of the setup. Furthermore, the billing structure, while not exorbitant, felt somewhat opaque for a general practice attorney. Jonas is undoubtedly knowledgeable, as his recognition suggests, and he successfully completed the core legal task.
