Jon Karon

Jonathan A. ("Jon") Karon is the founder of the Boston firm Karon Law, LLC. He has a national practice representing the catastrophically injured including cases involving traumatic brain injuries, amusement ride accidents, motor vehicle crashes and dangerous products. He is a past President of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and is currently an Officer of the Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice (AAJ).His noteworthy cases include successfully representing a twelve year old boy who lost his social skills due to a brain injury; a construction worker who sustained a brain bleed due to slipping on black ice at a construction site; an eight year old girl who was partially scalped due to a defective motor cover on a Mini-Himalaya amusement ride; an eighteen year old girl who broke her neck due to a defective go kart seatbelt; a young, single woman who was completely scalped due to an unguarded go kart axle; and the surviving family of a wife and mother killed due to an unreasonably dangerous aftermarket snowmobile part.Mr. Karon has been asked to speak on a range of topics including traumatic brain injury cases, products liability, trial practice and personal injury law issues for professional groups including the AAJ, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
