Competent healthcare counsel, but communication could improve

John Kaveney provided solid legal representation for our mid-sized medical practice during a complex contract negotiation with a hospital system. His background in healthcare law, including his recognition in Super Lawyers, was evident in his grasp of the regulatory details. He clearly understands the landscape for providers in New Jersey. However, the experience was mixed. While the final outcome was satisfactory, there were often significant delays in receiving responses to emails, which added stress during time-sensitive phases. His guidance was technically sound, but at times felt more reactive than strategic. For straightforward healthcare legal matters, his expertise from Greenbaum Rowe is reliable, but you may need to proactively manage expectations regarding communication timelines.
