John T. McGoldrick,

John McGoldrick is a partner in the firm’s business section and handles a variety of business and banking matters. His practice includes commercial litigation, employment law, commercial lending, securities registration and compliance matters, as well as the general representation of businesses (including mergers and acquisitions and contracts). He also specializes in the representation of creditors in commercial and agricultural bankruptcies and of financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions. John graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in 1974, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. John obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia in 1977, where he graduated cum laude and served as a member of the Georgia Law Review. He currently serves as a trustee of Mount de Sales Academy in Macon, where he was a past board chairman. John serves as a director of the Dorothy V. & N. Logan Lewis Foundation and previously served as a director and president of Family Advancement Ministries.
