A Lifeline During a Complex Commercial Foreclosure

Facing a commercial foreclosure on a property in the French Quarter was overwhelming. John Balhoff’s deep knowledge of Louisiana mortgage law, honed over nearly three decades, was immediately apparent. He expertly navigated the intricacies of the process, clearly explaining every step. His recognition as a 'Lawyer of the Year' in this field is well-deserved. John and his team at Sher Garner were not only strategic and responsive but also genuinely compassionate. They secured a favorable workout agreement that preserved our business. His Notre Dame and LSU Law background gives him a unique, well-rounded perspective. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
