He was thorough in preparing our case and understood the nuances of Washington state law. However, my experience was mixed. While the legal outcome was ultimately satisfactory, there were periods where communication was slower than I expected. Responses to emails sometimes took several days, and I didn't always feel fully updated on procedural timelines without my own follow-up. For straightforward legal matters, his competence from Seattle University and his firm's reputation are solid. Yet, if you value frequent, proactive updates, you may need to set very clear expectations from the start. He is a capable attorney who achieved the necessary result, but the client experience aspect felt merely adequate.
