John Reed
John Haynes provided exceptional counsel during our acquisition of a multi-tenant office complex in Nashville. His deep, 39-year experience in commercial real estate, particularly his noted specialization in economic development law, was immediately apparent. He expertly navigated the financing structure and lease review, and his background serving German investors brought a valuable, meticulous international perspective to the transaction. While his billing rates reflect his senior standing at Bradley Arant, the value was clear. Communication was generally excellent, though there were a few delays in receiving draft revisions during peak periods. I would confidently engage John again for any significant institutional property matter.
