His background in family law and the recognition he's received in that field were the main reasons for my choice. John was knowledgeable about the legal standards and the local Woodbridge court procedures, which gave me confidence. The outcome of my case was ultimately fair and satisfactory. However, the experience had some shortcomings. Communication was sometimes slower than I would have liked, with responses to emails taking several days. At times, I felt I had to follow up to get updates on my file's status. While his legal advice was sound, managing client expectations around timelines and process could be improved. He is a capable attorney who achieved the legal result, but the overall client service felt just adequate.
