Competent handling of a complex construction dispute

John Landis represented our firm in a significant construction contract dispute. His deep knowledge of Louisiana construction law and his decades of experience were evident in his strategic approach. He is clearly a recognized expert, and his familiarity with arbitration through the AAA was beneficial. However, communication was sometimes slower than we would have preferred, with occasional delays in returning calls or emails. While the outcome was ultimately satisfactory, the process felt more protracted than our initial expectations. For straightforward, high-stakes commercial litigation, his expertise is solid, but be prepared to manage the pace.
