A Lifeline After a Devastating Medical Error

When a surgical error left my husband with permanent nerve damage, our world collapsed. We consulted several firms, but meeting John Powers was different. His 53 years of experience, particularly his deep focus on medical malpractice, was immediately evident. He didn't just see a case; he understood the profound human and financial catastrophe we faced. Mr. Powers and his team at Powers & Santola meticulously reconstructed the event, consulting leading experts to build an undeniable case. His recognition as a 'Lawyer of the Year' in this field isn't just an award—it's a testament to the respect he commands. Throughout the grueling process, his professionalism was unwavering, yet he treated us with genuine compassion. The settlement he secured has provided my husband with the lifelong care he needs and has given our family security. We are forever grateful for his exceptional skill and dedication.
