Expert guidance on our business acquisition

John Berg provided exceptional counsel during our recent acquisition of a local manufacturing company. His 37 years of experience were immediately apparent in how he structured the transaction to optimize our tax position and future liability. His background in corporate and tax law, recognized by industry peers, gave us immense confidence. He patiently explained complex financing documentation and negotiated key terms that protected our interests. While his response time could occasionally be a day or two slower than we'd prefer, the quality of his work was never in question. We felt we were in highly capable hands from Cornell Law to closing.
