Solid representation but slow responses

I worked with Mr. Clark on a personal injury case after a car accident last year. He has impressive credentials, including being named Lawyer of the Year multiple times, and his experience clearly shows in his legal strategy. The case was handled competently, and he secured a favorable settlement. However, communication was often delayed, and I sometimes felt in the dark about the progress. While his expertise is undeniable, I would have appreciated more responsiveness. He’s clearly skilled, but better client engagement would make him top-tier.
