Competent real estate attorney, but communication could improve

John Giunco assisted with the sale of my commercial property in Red Bank. His 18 years of experience and recognition in real estate law were evident in his handling of the complex title issues and contract details. He clearly knows his field. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. Responses to emails were sometimes delayed by a few days, which added to my stress during negotiations. While the legal outcome was solid and he successfully navigated the energy law considerations for the property, managing client expectations on timelines could be better. He is a capable attorney from a respected firm, but the service aspect didn't quite match the legal expertise.
