Joseph’s ESOP litigation practice focuses on defending selling shareholders, plan fiduciaries, board members, and valuation firms in disputes related to ESOPs brought by plan participants and the Department of Labor.Joseph received his B.A. from Notre Dame and his J.D. from the University of Michigan, where he served as the Managing Editor of Michigan Law Review.
Prior to joining MVA, Joseph clerked for Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster on the Delaware Court of Chancery and began his career at Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C. Joseph also has experience in education, supply chain management, and reality television production.
