Expert guidance on a complex municipal land use issue

Joanna Tourangeau provided exceptional counsel to our town on a challenging land development project that involved significant wetlands and regulatory hurdles. Her deep knowledge of environmental law, honed over 24 years, was immediately apparent. She expertly navigated the intersection of municipal authority and state environmental regulations, and her background representing Tribal Nations brought a crucial perspective we hadn't considered. While her billing rates reflect her expertise and the value she delivered, the overall cost was a significant consideration for our municipal budget. Her strategic advice was precise and her recognition in the field is clearly well-deserved. We achieved a favorable outcome that protected our natural resources while allowing for responsible development.
