She has experience in high exposure medical malpractice actions including batch claims and/or class action cases.A mainstay of her practice is defense of doctors, nurses, dentists, hygienists, psychologists, chiropractors, eye specialists, and therapists in civil suits; peer review actions; and in investigative hearings and administrative hearings with their respective licensing boards. Jo also defends step-down facilities, skilled nursing, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities.
