Competent commercial litigation attorney, communication could improve

Jimmy Cool at Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold handled my company's breach of contract dispute. His 15 years of experience in civil litigation were evident, and his background in commercial litigation, as noted in his recognitions, provided solid legal strategy. We achieved a favorable settlement. However, the process felt somewhat transactional. Response times to emails were occasionally slower than expected, and I sometimes had to follow up for updates. While his legal counsel was sound and he clearly knows the Arizona court system, a more proactive communication style would have improved the client experience. He's a capable attorney who gets results.
