Exceptional guidance on a complex family business transition

Jessica Scherb provided outstanding counsel as we navigated the dual challenges of restructuring our family-owned business and updating our estate plans. Her deep, 20-year expertise in both corporate transactions and trusts and estates was immediately evident. She translated complex legal concepts into clear, actionable steps, ensuring our succession goals were met seamlessly. The recognition she’s received, like the Super Lawyers 'Rising Star' accolade, is well-deserved. Jessica is a consummate professional who combines sharp legal insight with genuine personal care. We are deeply grateful for her guidance.
