Competent on public finance, but communication could improve

Jessica Lothman handled our municipality's bond issuance with clear technical expertise, which aligns with her recognition in Public Finance Law. Her knowledge of the legal framework was solid. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. Responses to emails were sometimes slower than expected, and we occasionally had to follow up for updates.
