Competent and recognized, but communication could improve

Jessica Mauser at Dormer Harpring LLC handled my car accident injury case. Her 11 years of experience and recognition in Personal Injury Litigation were evident in her strategic approach to settlement negotiations. She clearly knows the Denver legal landscape well. The outcome was ultimately fair, which is why I'm giving a positive rating. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. There were periods of several days where I wouldn't hear updates unless I initiated contact, and getting a call back sometimes took longer than expected. While her legal expertise from Appalachian School of Law is solid, managing client expectations and maintaining consistent communication could be stronger. She is a capable attorney who achieved the primary goal, but the client experience felt just adequate.
