Experienced and capable, but communication could improve

Jesse Vogtle handled a complex commercial litigation matter for our small business. However, we sometimes experienced delays in receiving responses to emails, which added to our stress. For straightforward legal needs, his expertise from Holland & Knight is undeniable, but the client communication aspect felt just adequate for the level of service expected.
