Experienced and capable, but communication could improve

Jesse Vogtle handled a complex commercial litigation matter for our small business. His 37 years of experience and recognition in areas like Banking and Finance litigation were evident in his strategic approach. He is clearly knowledgeable and achieved a solid outcome. However, we sometimes experienced delays in receiving responses to emails, which added to our stress. While his advice was sound, we occasionally felt we had to prompt for updates on case developments. For straightforward legal needs, his expertise from Holland & Knight is undeniable, but the client communication aspect felt just adequate for the level of service expected.
