Jerod M. Rigoni

Jerod M. Rigoni serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Tallahassee (FL) office where his practice includes workers’ compensation, insurance and labor and employment. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, the US District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.Jerod earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Georgia Southern University. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. While in law school, Jerod completed a legal externship at the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Prior to joining Carr Allison, Jerod spent a couple of years at the Florida Attorney General’s general civil litigation division, where he performed a wide array of civil defense on behalf of state agencies and officials.
