Our organization recently navigated a complex merger, and Mr. Jacobs's counsel was indispensable. His deep, 58-year expertise in nonprofit law, particularly his recognized work in M&A for charities, provided immense confidence. He anticipated issues we never would have considered, and his connection to the Georgetown and D.C. community was evident. The process was thorough, though communication from his team could occasionally be more prompt. Overall, his strategic advice from Pillsbury was exactly what we needed to ensure a successful, compliant transition.
