A formidable advocate in complex business litigation

Jenny Martinez provided exceptional representation for our company in a complex dispute involving a major supplier. Her deep experience in commercial litigation, particularly her recognized work in banking and finance law, was immediately evident. She crafted a strategy that was both aggressive and pragmatic, leading to a favorable settlement. Her dual perspective from representing both plaintiffs and defendants gave her a strategic edge. As a managing partner with over 25 years of experience, her authority in the courtroom and during negotiations is undeniable. While her expertise justifies her rate, the billing process could be slightly more transparent. Overall, I would confidently recommend her for any serious business dispute in Dallas.
