Competent on corporate governance, communication could improve

Jennifer handled our company's recent SEC filing and compliance review competently. Her background in securities law from Notre Dame was evident, and the work product was solid. However, response times were sometimes slower than expected, and explanations of complex capital market regulations could have been clearer for our non-legal team. She is clearly knowledgeable, as her recognition in Corporate Law suggests, but the overall experience felt more transactional than collaborative. Adequate for the specific task.
