Knowledgeable but could improve communication

Attorney Mikulina brought a solid understanding of trademark law to our case, which was evident in her ability to navigate the complexities of our intellectual property dispute. Her 24 years of experience at McDermott Will & Schulte clearly showed in her strategic approach. However, while she demonstrated strong legal acumen, her communication could have been more proactive. We occasionally found ourselves waiting for updates, and the turnaround time on responses was sometimes slower than expected. While her expertise in copyright law and litigation gave us confidence in her abilities, the overall client experience felt a bit impersonal at times.
