Jennifer has twenty years of experience providing entrepreneurs and small to middle-market companies with outside general counsel services. She regularly assists clients with finance transactions, new entity start-ups, purchases and sales of existing businesses, restructurings, and corporate governance. In addition, Jennifer works with her clients on real estate purchases, leasing arrangements, licensing agreements, trademark and copyright filing and maintenance, joint venture arrangements, and other types of commercial agreements. Jennifer has developed broad experience to help her clients achieve their business goals effectively. Through her tax practice, Jennifer assists clients from all walks of life with a wide range of tax problems, such as audits, collection matters including offers in compromise, tax liens and levies, and criminal tax investigations and prosecutions. Jennifer has achieved national recognition for her experience in the field of tax controversy. She has represented thousands of clients before the Internal Revenue Service, all 50 of the United States, and various city and county taxing authorities. Jennifer is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and currently lives with her family in Northern Kentucky. She has served on the Kentucky Bar Association Board of Governors and in various positions with the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, including Board Member, Treasurer, and President. Each year Jennifer represents several low-income taxpayers through local non-profits and has received the Nick of Time Award from No Ky. Volunteer Lawyers and honorable mention from the Cincinnati Volunteer Lawyer Program for her work. Jennifer regularly serves as a speaker at local and national tax seminars and has appeared on radio programs such as 700 WLW with Mike McConnell and 700 WLW with Willie Cunningham to discuss business planning and IRS tax collection.
