Jennifer McGahey has extensive experience in both commercial litigation and labor and employment matters. She represents clients in a variety of industries, such as e-commerce, natural resources, government contract, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and retail, and her clients range from large publicly-traded companies to small family-owned businesses. Jennifer has litigated cases ranging from a single plaintiff to class action to the federal government. Jennifer handles cases across the country and is currently national counsel representing a provider of online travel services in more than 40 lawsuits and administrative proceedings throughout the United States. Jennifer has tried cases to verdict in both state and federal courts and has also tried cases to conclusion in arbitration and administrative law proceedings.In addition, Jennifer serves as Chair of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and is a member of the firm’s Diversity Advisory Committee.
