Competent on employment law, but communication could improve

I engaged Jennifer Fox Swain at Littler for a complex non-compete agreement review and potential dispute with a former employee. Her seven years of focused experience in labor and employment litigation showed in her strategic assessment. However, the experience felt somewhat transactional. While her expertise wasn't in question, there were noticeable delays in email responses, and at times her explanations were more legalistic than practical for my small business. For straightforward legal matters, her competence is clear, but managing client expectations and accessibility could be enhanced.
