Competent but room to improve

Ms. Adair handled my construction litigation case with professionalism and a deep understanding of insurance and personal injury law. Her 26 years of experience was evident in her strategy, though I occasionally found communication delays frustrating. While she met expectations regarding case outcomes, I felt some delays in responses could have been managed better. Her recognition in construction law was reassuring, but I’d have preferred more frequent updates on developments. Overall, competent representation, but with room for improvement in client communication.
