Jennifer Sullivan joined Caplan and Earnest in 1996 where she practices law as the chair of the Health Law Section. Ms. Sullivan has specialized in health law since 1984.

She also practiced in the health law section of the Jennings, Engstrand and Henrikson law firm in San Diego. Ms. Sullivan is a former Chairperson of the Colorado Bar Association Health Law Council.
She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association Health Law Section, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. She has participated in numerous other health related organizations including the Health Law Council of the State Bar of Texas. She writes and presents on current issues in the health law field.
