Adequate representation in a complex contract dispute

Jeffrey Robinson is clearly a knowledgeable and capable litigator. His background in complex commercial litigation was evident when he handled our company's breach of contract case. He understood the anti-trust implications and his trial experience was reassuring. However, our experience was mixed. While the legal strategy was sound, communication was inconsistent. There were periods where we waited over a week for updates on simple inquiries, which created unnecessary stress. The outcome was ultimately acceptable, but the process felt more transactional than collaborative. For straightforward legal matters, his competence at Ashburn & Mason is solid, but set clear expectations on responsiveness from the start.
