Experienced and capable, but communication was inconsistent

He knew the local courts well and secured a reasonable outcome. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. There were periods where I waited days for call-backs, and I sometimes had to follow up on paperwork status. While I have no doubt about his legal competence and the quality of his firm, the client communication and management of expectations could be improved.
