Experienced and capable, but communication was inconsistent

Jeffrey Sheridan handled my DUI case in Eagan with clear expertise. His 38 years of experience and multiple 'Lawyer of the Year' recognitions for DUI defense were evident in his strategic approach to my situation. He knew the local courts well and secured a reasonable outcome. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. There were periods where I waited days for call-backs, and I sometimes had to follow up on paperwork status. While I have no doubt about his legal competence and the quality of his firm, the client communication and management of expectations could be improved. For straightforward legal matters, his deep knowledge is an asset.
