Drawing on his experience in Klabacka, and similar matters, Jeff has challenged and defended numerous domestic asset protection (spendthrift) trusts, particularly in the context of divorce and multijurisdictional proceedings.A nationally and locally recognized leader in his field, Jeff has numerous publications and speaking engagements on trust and estate, fiduciary and power of attorney law, and has received professional honors for his contributions.
