After a contentious family dispute over my late father's trust, I was referred to Jeffrey Luszeck. His deep knowledge of trust and estate litigation was immediately apparent. He explained the nuances of Nevada fiduciary law with clarity and managed the complex commercial aspects intertwined with the estate. Jeffrey’s two decades of experience and his recent recognition as Lawyer of the Year were evident in his strategic approach. He secured a favorable settlement that honored my father's intentions and preserved family relationships. His professionalism and genuine care throughout the process were exceptional. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
