Jeff represents utilities in rate cases, periodic rate adjustment (tracker) proceedings, environmental compliance matters and other filings before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC). He draws upon his technical experience to develop proactive solutions tailored to the federal and state cybersecurity regulations applicable to his clients.Notably, Jeff worked as a law clerk for the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor during his first two years in law school. During his second summer in law school, Jeff clerked for the International Trade Commission’s Office of Unfair Import Investigations in Washington, D.C., where he focused on patent infringement claims brought under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as well as other unfair international trade practices.
