Competent but Room for Improvement

His background in Employment Law - Management and Litigation - Labor and Employment, as well as his recognition by Best Lawyers, gave me confidence in his ability to handle the case. He demonstrated a solid understanding of the nuances of labor law and effectively navigated the legal process. However, communication during the case was somewhat inconsistent, with longer-than-expected response times to emails and calls. Additionally, while his expertise was evident, the overall experience felt somewhat impersonal, as I expected more frequent updates and a stronger client-attorney rapport. The resolution was favorable, but the journey could have been smoother with more attentive communication and clearer expectations regarding timelines. Overall, I would consider hiring him again, but with the expectation that these areas need improvement.
