He has focused on gaming transactions requiring local gaming regulatory approvals and other complex transactional and regulatory matters, often working closely with the firm’s gaming lawyers in Mississippi to achieve efficiencies for the client in both jurisdictions. In this context, he has represented casino operators, management, investors, lenders, manufacturers and other vendors in their Louisiana gaming regulatory matters.Jeff’s practice also involves working on the development of Louisiana banking forms, business entity formation, stock sales and entity mergers, alcohol licensing and other general business matters. He is also counsel to several municipal bodies in Louisiana.
He currently serves as the Practice Coordinator for the Baton Rouge Business Group and on the Board of Trustees for the International Association of Gaming Advisors.
