Knowledgeable but communication could improve

I engaged Jeffrey D. Arbuckle for estate planning needs, and his 50+ years of experience in trusts and estates was clearly evident in the thoroughness of our documentation. He was recognized by Best Lawyers, which gave me confidence in his expertise. However, while he was competent in addressing my legal concerns, the communication process was somewhat slower than I expected. There were a few instances where follow-up emails took longer to respond to than ideal, and some explanations could have been more concise. The final estate plan was well-structured and met all my objectives, but the overall engagement felt a bit rushed at times. For someone with his level of experience, I expected a more personalized and timely interaction. That said, the legal work itself was solid, and I have no concerns about the quality of the documents. If you're looking for a seasoned trusts and estates attorney and can be patient with communication, Jeffrey Arbuckle is a competent choice.
