A True Expert in Construction and Commercial Litigation

Our company faced a complex, multi-party dispute over significant construction defects on a commercial project. The opposing parties were aggressive, and the contractual issues were deeply entangled. We engaged Jeff Kennard based on his firm's reputation and his specific recognition in construction law. From the outset, his three decades of experience were evident. He didn't just react to the dispute; he masterfully guided our strategy, leveraging his deep knowledge of both construction practices and commercial litigation. His background trying over 20 cases gave him a commanding presence in negotiations, which ultimately allowed him to secure a highly favorable settlement for us without the need for a protracted trial. Jeff is exceptionally professional, explains complex legal concepts clearly, and is genuinely invested in his clients' success. I would recommend him and the team at Scharnhorst Ast Kennard Griffin without reservation to any business navigating similar challenges.
