His deep expertise in commercial real estate and finance was immediately apparent. He expertly navigated complex loan documentation and title issues, protecting our interests at every turn. His 24 years of experience, including his recognized work in banking law, gave us immense confidence. The transaction closed smoothly and on schedule.
