Competent in insolvency matters, but communication could improve

Mr. Simon handled the sale of assets for our distressed family-owned manufacturing business. His deep experience in insolvency and reorganization law, built over decades, was evident in the strategic advice he provided for the disposal process. He clearly knows this complex area inside and out, and his recognition in the field is well-deserved. The legal outcome was solid. However, our experience was mixed on the service side. Responses to emails were sometimes delayed by several days, and explanations of certain procedural steps felt rushed, leaving us to seek clarification elsewhere. For straightforward legal expertise in a distressed company situation, he is capable, but set clear expectations regarding communication timelines from the outset.
