Expert guidance on a complex commercial refinancing

Our company engaged Jay Taylor to handle the refinancing of a portfolio of commercial properties. With his 28 years of focused experience in commercial finance and real estate, he was the clear choice. Jay's deep knowledge of the intricacies of loan covenants and his strategic approach were invaluable; he navigated negotiations with our lender seamlessly. It's no surprise he's been recognized as Lawyer of the Year in this field. The work product was flawless. My only minor critique is that during the busiest phases, response times could occasionally stretch to a full business day, but the quality of the response was always worth the wait. I highly recommend Jay for any significant commercial transaction in Arkansas.
