Competent and knowledgeable, but communication was inconsistent

Mr. Winckler handled my family's medical malpractice case after a surgical error. His deep experience, underscored by his recent Lawyer of the Year recognitions, was evident in his strategic approach to our complex claim. He clearly knows this area of law inside and out. However, for a firm of this caliber, I expected more consistent communication. There were periods where updates were sparse, and responses to emails sometimes took longer than anticipated. While the legal outcome was ultimately satisfactory, the process felt somewhat distant. His 16 years of practice and expertise from UT Law are undeniable, but the client experience could be more attentive.
