Leveraging that experience, Jason has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of U.S. and foreign patents in the fields of software, semiconductors, communications, control systems, power conversion systems, medical devices, and mechanical devices and systems, among others. Jason regularly interfaces with trusted counsel at law firms internationally and actively handles patent and trademark prosecution matters in many foreign jurisdictions. Jason’s practice also includes trademark application and prosecution, intellectual property dispute resolution and counseling, licensing, patent and trademark litigation, patentability opinions, freedom to operate opinions, patent portfolio management, and other types of counseling.
