Competent in complex restructuring, but communication could improve

Jason Liberi's deep expertise in creditor rights and insolvency, honed over 22 years, was evident during our company's Chapter 11 proceedings. His strategic advice on our reorganization plan was sound and his recognition by Best Lawyers is well-deserved. However, for a firm of Skadden's caliber, we sometimes experienced longer-than-expected wait times for responses to non-urgent inquiries. While the legal work was technically proficient, managing client expectations on timelines and accessibility could be enhanced. He is undoubtedly knowledgeable in Delaware bankruptcy law, but the overall service experience felt more transactional than collaborative.
