Invaluable counsel on a complex asset-based financing deal

Jason Bennett provided exceptional guidance on a $50 million revolving credit facility for our manufacturing company. His deep expertise in asset-based lending and cash flow finance was immediately apparent. He navigated complex collateral issues and lender negotiations with a strategic, practical approach honed over two decades. It was clear why he's recognized in commercial finance law. Jason and his team at Winston & Strawn were responsive, thorough, and translated intricate legal concepts into clear business terms. The transaction closed smoothly and on schedule. I would not hesitate to engage him for any corporate finance matter and confidently recommend him to any business seeking top-tier financing counsel.
