Good but Could Improve Communication

I worked with Jasmine Pitt on a commercial litigation case involving a breach of contract. She demonstrated a strong command of the law and clearly understood the nuances of employment-related disputes. Her legal strategy was sound, and her recognition in labor and employment law was evident in her approach. However, I found her communication to be somewhat inconsistent. While she explained legal concepts well, follow-ups were sometimes delayed, and I had to chase her for updates. The case resolved favorably, but the process could have been smoother with better responsiveness. Her experience at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz PC was reassuring, and she clearly knows her way around complex litigation. I’d recommend her for her expertise but hope for improved communication in future engagements.
