Solid attorney with room to improve

I hired Jane Paulson for a medical malpractice case, and while her expertise was evident—especially given her impressive track record and multiple 'Lawyer of the Year' recognitions—I felt the communication could have been more consistent. Jane’s 19 years of experience clearly showed in how she navigated complex legal arguments, but there were times when follow-ups took longer than expected, and I had to reach out multiple times to get updates. The case ultimately settled favorably, which speaks to her competence, but the process felt a bit bureaucratic at times. If you’re looking for a seasoned attorney in medical malpractice, she’s certainly qualified, but if you value frequent, proactive communication, you might find the experience just adequate. Still, I’d recommend her for her legal acumen, just with the expectation that responsiveness may not always match her expertise.
