I hired Mr. Brown to assist with an H-1B visa petition for a key employee at my small tech startup. His deep knowledge of immigration law was immediately apparent. With his 45 years of experience and his past leadership role as president of the New York AILA chapter, I felt confident we were in capable hands regarding the complex legal strategy. The petition was ultimately successful, which was our primary goal. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. While his paralegal was responsive, direct communication with Mr. Brown himself was limited and often required multiple follow-ups. There were also significant wait times for scheduled calls, which added stress during critical filing periods. For straightforward cases, his firm's system is probably adequate, but for a business owner needing regular updates and strategic discussions, the accessibility didn't quite meet my expectations. He is undoubtedly a competent attorney who knows the law inside and out, but the client service experience was merely satisfactory.
