Our company faced a labyrinth of zoning, entitlement, and transactional hurdles for a new mixed-use project in Clark County. Jamie Thalgott was recommended to us, and from our first meeting, her deep, Nevada-native understanding of both the local landscape and regulatory environment was evident. She didn't just handle contracts; she expertly navigated the entire lifecycle of our development. Her 15 years of experience, particularly her recognized expertise in real estate law, were invaluable when we hit unexpected snags with land use approvals. Jamie's strategic approach from her background in both the private and public sectors allowed her to anticipate issues and craft solutions that kept the project moving forward efficiently. She is a consummate professional—responsive, thorough, and remarkably adept at translating complex legal concepts into clear business advice. The project closed successfully, and much of that credit goes to her diligent leadership on all legal fronts. We will undoubtedly engage Jamie and her team at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck for our future ventures in Nevada.
